Current capacity selection | 1. For resistive loads, the current level of SSR should be greater than or equal to twice the rated current of the load. |
2.When the load is an AC motor, the current level of SSR must be greater than or equal to 6-7 times the rated current of the motor. | |
3. For AC electromagnet, intermediate relay wire protection, inductance coil and other loads, the current level of SSR should be greater than or equal to 4 times the rated load current. | |

1. If the voltage applied to the load through 1.2. is inconsistent with the voltage of 3.4., please declare the voltage of the two, our company can customize it for the user, but the phase of the two must be the same, and 3.4. must be 220VAC or 380VAC, 50HZ Voltage level. There is no polarity between 1.2.room and 3.4.room. For example: if the rated voltage of a load is 36VAC (the voltage is reduced by a 220V power grid via a transformer), if a single-phase voltage regulation module of 75A is selected, a module of type TY-H36D75P-220 can be customized from our company, where 1.2. feet are connected in series with the load Connected to 36V grid, 3.4. pin connected to 220V grid.
2. CON to COM must be positive. If the polarity is reversed, the output terminal will be out of control (fully open or fully closed). When the control terminal CON changes from 0-5V, the voltage on the AC load is adjustable from 0 volts to the maximum value (for resistive loads). Where CON is about 0-0.75V, it is a fully closed area, and the output of the module is reliably turned off; CON is about 0.75V-4.75V, which is an adjustable area, that is, as the control voltage increases, the conduction angle α is from 150 The temperature decreases linearly from ° to 0°, and the voltage on the AC load increases from tens of volts to the maximum value. When CON is around 4.75V-5V, it is a fully open area, and the voltage on the AC load is the maximum value.
3. The input impedance of the E, F, and H series CON to COM is greater than 30KΩ, and the input impedance of the G series CON to COM is 250Ω. The +5V voltage signal is only provided to the manual potentiometer, not used for other purposes. The resistance of the potentiometer selected is between 2-10KΩ.
4. The speed regulation of single-phase AC asynchronous motors should usually use frequency converters. Only the soft characteristic loads such as fans and pump motors, or torque motors can be regulated by voltage regulation.
5. Three single-phase voltage regulation modules cannot be used to regulate the three-phase load on a three-phase power grid (see Three-phase Voltage Regulation ).
6. The insulation voltage between the weak current part, the strong current part and the module bottom plate is greater than 2000VAC.
7. The heating value of the entire module is calculated by the actual current amperage of the load multiplied by 1.5 watts/ampere. The radiator can be selected from E-40, F-70, F-100 and G series.

9. If the load has high requirements on the linearity of voltage regulation and voltage regulation, please increase the voltage negative feedback module .
